My name is Alex. I started ForeverFit because I noticed a lack of quality personal trainers in a typical gym setting. Most trainers found in a commercial gyms are under qualified, experienced, and limited on how they train their clients. ForeverFit offers a unique approach to personal training and group fitness that is fun and effective! It is also backed by science.
The relationship between a client and trainer should be, well personal. In the commercial fitness setting the personal aspect to training can be lost. I focus on building relationships with my clients to emphasize the personal part of personal training. If you are looking for a unique personal training experience try ForeverFit out.
Fitness should last a lifetime and since I am an independent trainer I am able to commit myself to my clients. My schedule is open to clients most hours of the day. Foreverfit is open from 5am to 7pm. If you are able to come in during an open time slot I will be here.
I am a credentialed trainer. I have my M.S. in Gerontology, B.S. in Exercise Science & Health and Wellness, and ACSM Exercise Physiologist certificate. I am educated and qualified to work with all ages and specialize in adult and senior fitness. I use progressive dynamic resistance training and other interval training methods that will appropriately challenge my clients.
There are several personal training certificates out there please understand that not all personal trainers are as educated, certified, and qualified. Hiring a trainer with the best education and certificates will ensure you are getting the best service.
ForeverFit Started as an in-home personal training service in 2014 and has grown in to a 1300 square foot personal training studio. Owned and operated by Alex. Now offering personal training and group fitness classes. Check out our Group Fitness program, and Step Challenges.
